I'm going to do something that I hate. I am going to be the poster with limited posts offering inside info to the board. My bags are packed for Bolivian just in case

My brother (who shares this account from me) helps out with the Lompoc baseball team (where we are from and attended high school). Today he was working out in the school's weight room and was lifting with Ainuu Taua (4* DT and #124 in Rivals). Nick started talking about training and lifting and asked him if he saw his ranking. Ainuu talked about going to the Nike Combine in LA to get looked at more. Nick, a huge Miami fan like myself, asked him if he was thinking Washington (the school that his team mate Lavon Coleman signed with this year and a rumored leader) and he answered No, it was mostly UCLA right now. Nick then asked him about Miami and apparently this kid lit up and said something similar to "I've always wanted to play for the U. I would love to go down there." My brother asked him if it was too far and he said "Nah, it's the U man." He then told him about our need at tackle and how we missed on some guys this year and apparently he seemed very intrigued.

My questions to the board:
1. What do you think of him as a player? He plays d-tack, d-end and is athletic enough to play tight end and fullback.

(:37 and 2:20 mark)

2. Is there any way I can help get him in touch with the staff? He wants to hear from them and talked about asking his coach to do it but idk if he has that contact info. Does anyone know how to at least get in contact with the staff? I would love to have this kid with our need at tackle at least evaluated! Lompoc isn't necessarily a big pipeline school even though Coach Jones has done a great job lately, so I feel like every little bit helps

Again...I know what this looks like. I just want to try to help a local kid AND my Canes at the same time

Was watching for Keyon Brown and Chad Thomas in the bottom video a couple months ago and was impressed by him. He's really quick and extremely powerful.

Their are ways for recruits to contact the staff, I've heard of other recruits doing this but not sure how its done. He has to do some research and I'm sure he can contact the staff and them send them his highlight video's

Edit: Maybe tell his high school coach and he can help with the process

Dude is a 4 star, how hard would it be to get the staff's attention?

Someone send Carroll an email.

This kid is not only big & strong, but fast as ****! I love it! Thank for the post bro! Would love to see this kid be a Cane!

Again, tell the kid to camp down there if he can swing it. No better way to get the staff's attention.

I don't really know anything about his financial situation. He went to the UA camp all the way in Tampa, so maybe the trip isn't out of question. His brother is Vai Taua, a practice squad member for the Seahawks and former teammate of Collin Kaepernick at Nevada. I am in the process of getting his high school coach to reach out to Al or Carroll; he is close friends with my oldest brother from their days in high school. Thanks for helping out guys! Would love for a player from my high school to be a Cane, especially since he is a nice, down to earth stud!

DO WANT!!! Guy is fast as ****!

If they could get him, Clark and Moten... it would be the sickest DL class in the country. Get on it Al/BC/Coley/Crystal Ball
