Advice needed re: Sunlife downstairs seating

Going with my broke-*** little brothers, who will be sitting upstairs. Have friends in Section 140, row 9. Am looking for a seat on Stubhub close to them.

Question is, how far down is too far? When you get too close, you can't see over players heads, or see the whole field.

I am thinking Row 10 or so, but if anyone can offer any advice it would be much appreciated. Almost as much as selling me a ticket in this section at less than the 300% markup I am about to pay would be.

I can't believe some of the slovenly, ill-mannered people that roam the regular seating, not to mention the way they dress. It's embarrassing.

Some of it even creeps into the club level. I think the University should implement a dress code for the club level. Collared shirts, pleaded shorts... Country Club attire, basically.
