Someone has to be held accountable for the NCAA violations that occurred over a period of years. There is no excuse that the violations weren't caught earlier and stopped. Who then is responsible for these multiple violations? There can be no free passes for those who failed.

We already took care of our multiple violations. Suspensions. And repayments. Per the NCAA, AND we forfeited a bowl game.

Violating coaches gone, violating players suspended for games and are now gone.

We skate.

we skate 8.webp

That whole accountability thing is not really promoted in our society as much as it used to be...

Should be interesting to see what happens, I would like to see the individuals who actually got their hands dirty get punished myself, but I also believe people should be judged on their merits, or lack thereof.....

IF, and I stress IF a big-time program is really cheating and taking advantage of breaking the rules, they sure as $#!+ don't have crappy numbers in the win column for several years.

The win/loss column, if nothing else, should clearly demonstrate an almost complete LACK of cheating -

To say we were wholesale cheating, and losing every other game is just BS.

It's completely counter-intuitive.

Unfortunately the University doesn't have the ability to hold people accountable because everyone involved is either gone or dead. The NCAA would send a strong message if they hold the coaches accountable should the evidence warrant it. The fact that David Reed still has his job, and Lindsey Radeer still has hers might lead you to think they believe our compliance was strong.

Here is a list

1. Clint Hurtt

2. Aubrey Hill

3. Pannuzio

4. Stoutland

5. Frank Haith

6. Morton

7. The Players Involved (Harris, Ray Ray, Aldarius etc.)

---------------------------

Do you see a pattern, the people who we're allegedly involved we're punished or somewhere else. We have new coaches, new AD and a new team. We volunteered a bowl ban, sat the players, had a **** good compliance program in place and we're incredibly helpful with the investigation according to the NCAA President. We are accountable but to what extent.

The NCAA needs to remember the Bruce Pearl Situation and Tennessee, punish the wrongdoers and not the program. I think we should get something small, but somehow Frank Haith and Clint Hurtt are coaching at other schools.

OP is an idiot IMO. The infractions the NCAA is investigating right now at Miami is called normal recruiting at the big state schools. Miami has every right to wine and dine the home grown talent in our backyard. If anyone thinks this isn't normal procedure in the recruiting game then you need to wake up and come back to reality because you're living in la la land.

What connection do you think David Reed and Lindsay Radeer have with Shapiro?
