“Great looking offensive line — that’s the thing that stands out about them. Looks like an NFL offensive line. How are we going to be able to hold up to these guys? "…

"I thought the quarterback, Stephen Morris, played well for them." …

"Defensively, you would think they would be better than they were. I know they were young in some spots. Miami, you always think about defensive linemen, but nobody really scared you on that unit." …

"It was a young team that played like it at times. They found a way to win some games. Al Golden did a good job changing the culture. He’s good. I like him. I know a majority of our guys feel the same way. I think he tries to do it the right way. We like the coaches on that staff a lot." …

I disagree, I actually think Jimbo and AG and very cordial and respectable of one another. I don't see Jimbo saying this. My money would be on Beamer.

The weakest link in this program now is the fanbase.....or whatever there is of it. Im convinced our recruiting would be 10 times better than it already is if we had fans who gave a **** enough to show up.

I can feel that alot of Miami "Fans" dont want to spend $30 to park and watch a team that has performed unevenly in recent history. So winning will help. Wish the Sun Life people wouldn't be such ****s. $20 is plenty reasonable to leave your car in a field for 5-6 hours if you ask me. The people that care still make it out, but honestly little stuff like that adds up for broke people and it makes it a mission.

Its a really nice stadium. Its definately overkill for what we have needed in recent years, but I look to the future where we are an annually ranked program with title aspirations and I don't forsee it being as big a deal. Win Win Win. Thats what it takes. Recruiting will improve, Attendance will improve, thus, the product will improve. I have faith in this regime to make it happen.
