Nearly everyone I've talked to has NOT gotten the 11:55 am e-mail that went out.

Prices range from 125 to 375.

LOTS of availability. This isn't Hogtown.

375 likely gets lower bowl sideline. 125 is likely everything else (end zone, upper deck).

All you have to do is request your NUMBER of tix today, the orders will not be filled and billed for a while.

Go to the tab for "Season Ticket Renewal" and there will be a link inside.

Seriously, how is it so difficult for them to send out mass emails? I would estimate I only receive about 25% of the mass emails from the athletic department that I am supposed to based on anecdotal evidence.

Completely agree. I called to check on a couple of things, and I actually got an e-mail....to do a customer service survey on my phone call...

No ORIGINAL e-mail. Not in regular e-mail or junk.

But I **** sure got that survey!
