tatistics released Tuesday by the NCAA showed two UM teams — women’s golf and women’s cross-country — received a perfect score of 1,000, and no sport registered a score lower than 945, well above the 900 cut used as a threshold for teams to face possible sanctions.

College Football Live showed the top ten football APRs and they were as follows:

1. Northwestern-996
2. Boise State-993
3. Dook-989
4. Clemson-985
4. Wisconsin-985
6. Georgia Tech-983
7. Boston College-982
7. Mizzou-982
7. *-982
10. Rice-979

Miami football just missed the top ten.

On the other hand, the bottom ten in football APR:

112. Tulsa-929
113. Iowa State-928
114. Oklahoma State-926
115. Louisville-924

I'm shocked Louisville's in the bottom ten with the scholar athletes they bring in on a yearly basis. The only thing more shocking is that Marshal and West Virginia aren't there, must be some tough academics at those schollarly institutions.

Don't forget the 'ho's.

Ain't no one got 'ho's like South Florida, and it makes others chew their shorts with jealousy. They look at what Miami has, then look at those fat-faced, corn-fed, tater-eating plumpkins they have, and get even more irritated.

We screwed.
 
Remember, starting next year, teams have to score at least a 930 to be eligible for the postseason. That means, if the scores stayed the same, teams like Oklahoma St, Louisville, and Tennessee would be ineligible for a bowl game.

Also, the APR is calculated as a 4-year average, which means it is difficult to increase the score significantly from year-to-year.

However, teams can also average a 940 over the most recent two years and still be eligible for the postseason with an overall score below 930. Here is the link to the rule:
