His late 80s/early 90s offense and defense combination were the apex of what I’ve ever seen from a basketball player.

I still think if he doesn’t get his ribs broken and that knee injury with the wizards he averages 27-28 ppg his first year back at 38-39. He was averaging like 25/26 and a top 5 mvp guy that first year back before his injury.
