he def looks smaller than listed size

By Miami today.

You and Shaq gonna try and get him to the U? We need DBs.

I remember you mentioned him a while back. Hope they offer 2016 Marcus Johnson eventually.

****, for real? Any chance you know what Owens is on at Miami? Hadn't heard that, only knew Jamal Carter and Gus Edwards breaking the positional power clean records.

Plus that almost sounds really embarrassing for Miami, but when you consider how many stud NFL LBers we have cranked out...how important are the weights? If you can play, you can play.

I believe it...those kids respond well to Oakleaf's weight training....those kids are strong...**** Darrion name is on the board at Miami but not on the board at Oakleaf...

True while weightlifting plays a small part in overall performance, it definitely does not define anything in terms of how good a football player actually is. I have seen plenty of times where kids can look like all Americans lifting weights but when we got on the field they were sorry af.

Agreed, success in one definitely doesn't mean success in another. Although it typically does, but not in all cases.

I remember seeing Darrion workout in high school and was very impressed with their S and C program. Probably better than Miamis.
