This will be unbearable to watch... Get ready for a plethora of 3rd and 7 draw plays and screen passes... My stomach hurts..

Better than 3 pass plays with 0 completion and :21 seconds burned off the clock.

Not like we were going to be 70-30 pass to run with Williams as qb.
Olsen actually gives us more of the play book to utilize.

The sky is falling crowd is going to have a field day with this news.

I'm one of those, I don't see the big deal with the news.....
Lets stop acting like RW was this stud. Guy couldn't beat out and injured Morris. What has RW really showed us? It sucks for him cause the kid has stuck around and been a trooper, but he was gonna be average. I don't think its that much to ask for Olsen to be average.

I might be confusing you with somebody else, but didn't you think there was no way in **** Williams should ever play QB at the University of Miami?

Honestly what cole world called to help win the North Carolina game at the end, might work. Went extreme power run.

Playing conservative with either Olsen or Kaaya would be a huge mistake. I hope it isn't 60-40 run pass, let alone 70-30.

Throw the entire play book at them, let them play.

We didn't go 70-30 with Snickers Morris, so I doubt we will with Olsen. Morris was the poster child of inconsistency.

Dude!

We didn't fire Golden! That SOB is still here! So yes, we'll be conservative, unless we're 34 points behind with ten seconds on the clock.

Morris aired it out a fair amount under both of Golden's OCs.

I hope Olsen or Kaaya would get the same opportunity.

I did.... but she was the only girl at the prom...so I was forced to like her... At least he can stand tall in the pocket...But I dont think Olsen can do anything yet...I dont think hes a leader and I know he doesnt have the players respect as of yet...Lets hope this changes quickly..

Really feel for Williams but for the U it actually sets the stage for a fall qb battle between Olsen and Kaaya one of whom would be qb after the third or fourth game anyhow.

70/30 is a bit of a knee-jerk reaction, imo. Based on last years play total, that would mean we're only throwing the ball 19 times a game on average. I can't see that happening when you have one of the better receiving corps in the nation. It's not like Olsen is Spencer Whipple. I mean, some thought he should start over RW anyway.

Williams gave is an experienced option. With that said we would be better off with Olsen at the helm for the long run.
