Receiver out of rock hill sc. Clowney, gilmore, and more are from rock hill. Has really good tape but doesn't appear to have big offers, maybe a grade thing idk but the kid's tape is legit. Plus south Carolina has been pumping out some pretty good receivers recently.

To my knowledge no, but I don’t know the kid at all. Usc wasn’t but their evaluations of South Carolina players have left a lot to be desired
