Another kid that I like a lot that I’m trying to get the staff on is Center Grove HS (IN) QB Tyler Cherry. CG has won 3 straight 6A titles and has spent much of that time ranked in the top 10-25 nationally. Cherry finished with 22 TDs to 5 INTs and completed 65% last season.

Tyler started for the first time as a junior after spending his first 2 years as a backup to 4 star QB Tayven Jackson, who went to Tennessee then just transferred to Indiana. He has an excellent release, quick in the pocket and a big arm with plenty of opposite hash throws and reminds me of Justin Herbert. His first offer didn’t come until late January but has blown up recently and should finish as a 4 star. Recent offers include Michigan St, Pitt, Duke, Illinois, Indiana and Vanderbilt.

I believe his team comes up my way to play against St. Edward of Lakewood, which is one of top programs in Ohio. They just lost a pretty solid 3 star kid to Glenville yesterday, which is where my nephew will play next year, he's a '26 QB. I'll try to go check that game out if we really start to recruit this kid. I'm pretty sure that the game is going to be week 2 down in Massillon, which is less than 30 mins from Akron.

On3 has put Cherry up to their #13 ranked QB in the country. We haven’t made contact as far as I’m aware, but he’s a much better version in a similar mold to Judd.

Riley leonard is probably a top 10 pick this year

Has a shot to play his way into the 1st after this year. Certainly has the potential to be a top 5-10 pick in 2025. At most they overlap 1 season.

you guys are betting on him leaving early, im not so sure about that. i hear he's a real smarty pants mister deans list academic AA at Duke but i sure hope he does lol
