Awesome post!

At the end of the day talent will win out. Stack classes! Take recruiting to the next level and we will be great again. OC/DC idgaf! Give me the top class in the country. That’s what I want.

I don’t find this to be super meaningful for Miami but did find it interesting to see the All-Conference teams and interesting to see the ACC in 5th.

When Texas & OU and USC & UCLA leave their respective conferences, the ACC probably goes squarely to third

Bad for the outlook of the ACC moving forward. Hopefully the conference as a whole is doing well with the portal

Neat breakdown.

Alabama is dominant in the SEC, but it was interesting to see 8 total schools with a recruit in the conference top 25. PAC with 7 schools represented. The ACC, Big 12, and BIG each only had 5 schools listed.

School w/ most top 25 in each conference: SEC - Bama took 9/25. PAC - USC took 10/25. B1G - OSU took 11/25. Big 12 - Texas took 12/25. ACC - Miami took 12/25.

Big 12 being held up by Texas and Oklahoma is expected but interesting. The conference's entire top 15 belongs to those 2 schools, and they combine for 21/25. Totally ****ed when they leave in 2024 or 2025. For context, UM and Clemson got 18/25 in the ACC. OSU and PSU also got 18/25. And so did Oregon and USC. While Bama and UGA only accounted for 16/25.

I don't think I would have included transfers. Looks like both the PAC (3) and B1G (1) would drop some without those transfers in there.

Big 12 will have 0-1 5 stars going forward when Texas and oklahoma leave

Pac 12 will rely solely on Oregon when sc and to a lesser degree ucla bolt for big 10

ACC will be 3rd going forward behind big ten and sec juggernauts

Would like to see us add two teams and goto a 9 conference game schedule with 3 ooc games vs fbs teams only

Get West Virginia from big 12
Get nd to commit

I'd say the conference whose outlook is the most ****ed in this is the Big 12, followed by the PAC. This seems to indicate that when Oklahoma and Texas leave they will be taking most of the top-end talent in the conference with them. Not sure how adding BYU, Cincinnati, UCF, and Houston will ultimately alter these numbers, but we can be sure the elite talent numbers will take a nose dive. Those schools top recruit this class aren't near the level of Oklahoma and Texas... UCF (0.9564), Houston (a 0.9242), Cincinnati (0.9015), and BYU (0.8905), and only 1 dude would make the list.

USC and UCLA leaving the PAC next year will be a significant loss, and unlike the Big12 the PAC hasn't gotten any new schools signed up yet. Plus, Oregon and Washington rumors continue to swirl with the B1G, too. If that actually happened, it would sink the PAC from an elite talent perspective.

ACC isn't in a great spot either, to be sure, but it'll be behind only the SEC and B1G in a couple of years... unless, of course, there is attrition in the ACC or the Big12 and PAC can somehow lure in other talented programs.

Big10 surprises me. Only one 5* in the whole conference (which is Innis). I would have expected OSU to have more than that themselves. They had 2 last year and 7 in '21.

And as noted above, SEC cleaned up on the high end QBs
