2021 RB Phil Mafah lands a UM offer. The 6'1" 215 pound back also sports verbal scholarships from Michigan, USC, Tennessee, Baylor, and Texas and is teammates with Surge19 OL signee Jakai Clark at Grayson High in Georgia.

“I know Miami, they have a great culture down there, it’s in the ACC, I know they have a great program,” Mafah said.

Asked if he thinks Miami will factor in for him down the road and if he’ll visit Coral Gables, Mafah said, “I definitely want to (visit), but as of right now I don’t have a specific date.”

He adds that "I feel like Miami is in a good place in (Manny Diaz's) hands."
