Thanks for sharing. Not bad. Kid can spin it. How many QB's are we taking this year?

It’s entirely possible we take 1 HS commit and look to bring in another high level grad transfer.

David Lake from 247 had an interesting take of following the OU model and building up the program with high performing transfer QBs in order to draw a high level HS qb

He reminds me of Nik Scalzo and for that reason I don’t see him getting an offer from Miami.
Yeah Scalzo was 5’10” on a good day. He had good mobility but gotta be insane to compensate for that lack of size and/or arm strength.

@Liberty City El What's the story on him?
My opinion...

Average arm talent, skinny thin framed kid with limited athleticism. Developmental prospect that will need a Redshirt & few years in a system before he's ready to play, not a P5 QB.

Miami needs a QB that can play & compete right away, we need a QB that can elevate their play even as a TF just like Sam Howell, Jayden Daniels, Kedon Slovis & Dillon Gabriel all did.

Outside or Milroe and Davis, who would be that guy for you?

There's several, but Miami hasn't offered or pursued many of them yet.

But I like Miller Moss, Sawyer Robertson, Kai Millner, Lucas Coley, Braylon Braxton & Grayson James, I even like Riley Leonard's tape from out of Alabama but I don't think we'll offer him anytime soon.

As far as who we should go after, that depends on who the staff feels they have the best chance to get. If California ends up cancelling all football for Fall I'd hope we double back & see if Kai Millner would be interested in giving us another look.

I'd like to see us offer Lucas Coley but Idk if we will.

The plan as of now, to me seems to be, they are going to push hard for Milroe or Davis, and will keep tabs on others throughout the process & depending on what happens with Miller Moss who may reclassify to 2020 they may try to get him too if they can.

But one thing you have to realize is, a lot of committed prospects are going to decommit once visits are allowed on campuses again later in the year, so while yall might think we need to panic & settle for a mediocre QB early right now, the staff probably understands they're going to be right in the thick of things when it matters the most in Sep-Dec.

If we have a good season with King in Lashlee's offense, lots of QB's will be interested in coming to Miami.
