2021 LB Malachi Young receives offer

6'0 180lbs LB originally out of Hallandale Beach, was at McArthur but then moved up to Orlando & is currently at 8A Oak Ridge.

Is basically a Hybrid LB, which means he would be a Striker in our system. Plays with good diagnosis ability, can tackle very well & has good but not great speed. I like his pad level & his versatility to cover down field, is also a natural fluid runner & plays RB.

No offers as of yet, complete under the radar prospect, the staff is on him first.

Reminds me a little of Hannah from Palmetto, who I thought was underrated, this kid is a little stockier though.

Did not Ladariun Tennison who is 5-9/193 play a LB in his junior year and now will be a safety at the next level? This kid is listed at 6 feet so can weigh at least 200-205 as a in the box kind of safety at the next level.
