2020 DL Cooper Davis | 6 Foot 7 Athletic Monster

Viera High School DE/DT Cooper Davis is a name to keep an eye on.
He recorded 21 sacks last year. He also racked up 29 TFLs on his season.
He does a lot of things well including getting "skinny" between opposing lineman.
They have him line up at DE, DT, and a striker type position, where he fires off and gets in the backfield immediately.
I was impressed by the relentless pursuit he shows and also his athleticism.
One part early in his tape shows him moss a defender for a TE.

He visited Miami for a game last year.

The thought that he is probably still growing most be frightening to the schools he plays against, but has coaches drooling. Yeah could see O & G in his future. Me likely.

I’m sure staff will get him in for camps and see how he does. Wish the kid would transfer to big boy football to really see what he has.

You guys are promoting Viera High a lot lately!!! First Norton, now Davis. This kid is visiting Nebraska's Jr Day this weekend and not ours? I saw him at his visit. 6'-7" is pushing it but his potential is insane.
