Another intriguing prospect to me.
Don't hate me when I say this, but Corn Elder is the person who popped up while watching the tape.
Baker is projected to be a Corner in college, even though his tape is all on the offensive side of the ball.
He returns punts and kicks, and has speed.
He is a dual sport athlete also, as he plays Basketball too.
