2020 Gulliver Prep ATH Amin Hassan was one of the attendees at the Miami Paradise Camp last weekend, I had the opportunity to speak with him about his experience.
"It was really good, I enjoyed it a lot by having coach Mark Richt talk to us and learning from WR coach Ron Dugans.
"It was really good being coached by him, he's a great coach with a brave heart that he can push me to be great and he's really intense by having us finished after ever catch."
Amin played varsity as an 8th grader for the Raiders, although he only had 7 catches for 40 yards, he's using the experience as a step in the right direction.
"It helped me because i got stronger, faster and smarter on the field."
Gulliver Prep will be playing independent this season and with a roster loaded with Division-1 talent, Amin says adjusting won't be an issue.
"It not really to adjust to. I just have to go out there on the field and be a playmaker and play smart football."
As an 8th grader and being 5'6 140LBS, Amin has reeled in offers from Bowling Green and West Virginia, but there's one school that holds a special place in his heart.
"Miami has always been my favorite school since i was a little kid, I like the way how the U had some much swagger on the field, how much intense they have, they're attitude, and speed." said Hassan "If i got an offer from Miami I would commit right away."
