I never understoof the "wants to be recruited" excuse. If you are 4/5 star talent, schools are gonna recruit you whether you're committed of not. It's like a bad broad with a wedding ring. As if that ever stopped dude's from trying to bag her. Wonder if this is a Perry situation where he was told to commit when he's ready.
