Make sure they offer and talk to every week from February onwards:

-pope
-Wiggins
-Xavier
-watt
-Austin
-Moore
And Gammage

So no one gets their feelings hurt and we can have the 'relationships' angle down pat.

If we offer even earlier we can give all the out of state schools plenty of time on who's hot early on apmthey can swoop in a week before signing day two years later also using the 'relationships' angle.

I cant see them both going to the same school, pope really likes miami from what i hear though, he will play early here thats for sure
