He is a kid...may of the 11.3s or so becomes upper 10s in a year or two at most...no one comes out of the womb running 10.8

They do not work at it?. Look at all the meets and training that went into it---hear say is worth it weight is sand.

Oh, without a doubt! I'd offer him if he's 5'8" - I love shorter RBs, hard to get low on 'em to tackle 'em. His body type reminds me of a young Mike Tolbert.
