Believe this to be the same situation as with the Colten Blanton offer, probably just Searels doing his due diligence.

Don't see this kid leaving home even if Borch Jones gets fired, seems to be very solid to the Vols.
 
Let the winning speak for itself, our staff is going after the studs during the season so recruits can see the real on the field and make them think about The U!!!

I think you nailed it man. I won't call him a local kid, just because he lives in Tennessee. But he seems pretty set on staying in state. He definitely committed to Tennessee, not Butch Jones.
I'm just glad our coaches don't care where the top guys are or who they're committed to.

Doesn't hurt to try. You never know when a kid might get interested in what we have going on down in south Florida. I think it should intrigue a lot of kids around the country, especially if we can manage to have a very good season.
 
Might as well try. After all, they are recruiting guys from our backyard

I don't know this kid, but some of those guys who grow up in the country dream of going to a place like Miami.

Rick smells blood in the water in KKKnoxville.

This is gonna sound bad but this kid looks like he's a hardcore redneck no way he's coming to Miami he'd quit football before he came to Miami he wouldn't last down in Dade county ........ I could see him getting picked on for having a country accent and calling someone the N-word and getting the brakes beat o ff his ***.

They kid lives in Knoxville, not the backwoods. It has the population of 186,000 people, I know that doesn't seem like a city to you but it's their 3rd largest city behind Memphis and Nashville....you have a better chance with a kid like that where there's actually something to do other than shoot the stop sign with your 12 gauge and go mudding when it comes to a program like Miami.

You're right about the city size but again I don't think it would be a good fit.

I could see it going down like that too based off how he looks. A broken jaw. 2 dotted eyes. And a quick transfer.

Racist. You sayd he get "picked on" for being white then immediately jump to the conclusion he'd escalate it to racial slurs framing him as the bad one. Im sorry that you feel that way but stop projecting it onto future generations.
