2018 DT Michael Thompson receives Offer

DT is the #1 need on this team, we need minimum of 3 and preferably 4, and this is assuming Ford gets in (my apologies if I missed a good update on him last couple days).

Really hoping someone surfaces soon.
 
I'm super worried that the best DL coach in the country, who put together great DL and developed great DLinemen at a **** hole like Missouri is going to fvck up the DLine here.

We have silvera who is a monster and Briggs is a canes lean. So that's 2 right there who can develop into high level players.

Or he could grow into a Hybrid which he is being recruited for. From looking at his film from 5* Challenge and The Opening, he looks more comfortable on the outside.

Yes that is 1 and a lean if I'm counting correctly.

In a 4 man DT class...IMO Silvera would be a #2 , Briggs a 3 or a good 4...Nestera a must get as best DT in Sofla and Briggs I like, but not gonna cry if someone takes his place. That being said they are both takes imo, and obviously if they are Kuhl targets that works for me. Both are takes, need to get Briggs on board if Kuhl agrees he is a take and we aren't slow playing, and then add at least 1 and hopefully 2 more.

The point isn't arguing with those 1 and maybe 2 commits there. It's that we need more. Tons of names mentioned in the spring and 1 by 1 they are falling off.

Nah silvera and Briggs is a top flight dt class. They are still underranked but both are top 200 players in the country imo
 
For whatever reason, miami cant get big time DT prospects to come despite having a favorable depth chart. **** is crazy.
