Amon-Ra St. Brown, Mater Dei, Wide Receiver
Miami has offered one of the nation's top 2018 wide receivers.
Anaheim (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown told InsideTheU late Wednesday that he had picked up a bid from the Hurricanes after talking with the coaches.
St. Brown, who is ranked by 247Sports as the nation's No. 33 overall prospect for the next recruiting cycle and No. 6 wide receiver, is the younger brother of Notre Dame wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown and Stanford Top100 wide receiver commit Osiris St. Brown.
He visited Coral Gables back in April while in Miami for a seven-on-seven tournament.
"The U is a powerhouse school, so I mean to finally get the offer is huge," he said in message. "I also want to go to the league and they are one of the best programs at doing that so that also means a lot."
St. Brown (6-1, 187) isn't as big as his older brothers, but some think that he has the potential to be the most talented wide receiver of the bunch. He has caught 40 passes for 749 yards and 15 touchdowns this season.
The 247Sports Crystal Ball reads 100 percent in favor of Notre Dame.
