2015 PF Ebuka Izundu visiting

2015 Charlotte (NC) Victory Christian Center School Ebuka Izundu is one of the hottest remaining senior prospects on the board. At 6-foot-9, many high-major programs are intrigued with him, especially this late in the game.

According to his high school coach Aureice McCain, Izundu a pair of visits set up for the next two weeks.

"We are visiting Miami this weekend and Arkansas next weekend," McCain told HoopSeen.com.

He just returned from a visit to Tennessee.

The former Charlotte signee is also hearing from the 49ers, Tennessee, Boston College, Georgia, and other high major programs.

Kentucky, Kansas, and Uconn all had some contact with him since Charlotte released him, so this would be big time

McCain, his coach, said in an email that Miami is a “great program” and that he is “very familiar with [Larranaga’s] coaching style and his love for athletic big men who are active around the basket.”

Asked what Izundu brings to the table, he had high praise. “He’s Chris Bosh on offense and Joakim Noah on the defensive end. He’s a lefty that runs like a deer, can check five positions and Miami’s aggressive style could be a great fit. … Ebuka’s effort combined with this staff could help him develop into an elite player in this conference.”

According to TOS We had been on him as a 2016 recruit. When he reclassified to 2015 we had no room at the Inn. When the 2 transfers happened we jumped right back into the mix.
