Tampa Plant.

The coaches there made an eye-opening comment recently when they said he would be the most coveted player the school ever had by the time he was a senior.

He is the son of former U TE Alfredo Roberts and is right in line with guys like Quincy Wilson who are legacies that are most likely going to be Canes. Roberts already said he wants to follow in his dad's footsteps.

I am not sure but I think I read somewhere that his dad took a job with the Colts so he may be moving around, either way looks like another huge piece of the 2014 puzzle.

Here's an interview with Austin. Well spoken kid. He doesn't mention us but he names some big schools recruiting him already.

Bump.

Pete or Tito (the OOS man) any word on how his season went after he transferred from STA to Indiana?

J - with all the ballers at WR in the 2014 class I wouldnt mind seeing little Alfredo being brought in as a TE/H back type.

Yeah man, I was thinking this kid looks like he could be a more athletic Travis Johnson type. TJ was soft looking too where Austin is a kid that should fill out. I wish I could find some highlights of him from this year but all I found was a hail mary type of catch he made. Nothing really to take from it.

I love the idea of bringing him at TE and giving him some time to grow into the position.

Until I see film of his, I'm thinking he is overhyped. Best to come out of Plant? That is some lofty expectations to meet

Well they did say by the time he left there he would be, so its a bit contingent on the future.

By all accounts he was destined to be a superstar there before he transferred but like you, I am eager to see some highlights.

Cmon Tito.
