In terms of picks, I think with the zone scheme we play, and the assumption he picked up the system, I think Howard leads us in picks. I know he was a man coverage cb in HS but I think he will be a beast in zone coverage.

Offense (14 games):
Stephen Morris: 4060 Yards (290/G), 38 TD, 7 INT (2nd Team ACC Behind Boyd)
Duke: 1425 yards (101 ypg), 16 TD, 31 Rec, 220 Yards, 2 TD (1st Team ACC, ACC OPOY, 2nd Team AA)
Dorsett: 70 Rec, 1060 yards (75 ypg), 7 TD (1st Team ACC)
Waters: 50 Rec, 675 Yards, 6 TD
Scott: 35 Rec, 530 Yards, 4 TD
Coley: 30 Rec, 400 Yards, 4 TD (All ACC Freshman, Freshman AA)
Walford: 35 Rec, 480 Yards, 6 TD (2nd Team ACC)
Sandland: 20 Rec, 150 Yards, 2 TD

Defense (14 Games):
Chickillo: 6 Sacks
Gilbert: 5 Sacks
AQM: 5 Sacks (Freshman ACC, Freshman AA, Possible ACC DROY)
McCord:7 sacks
Perryman: 105 Tackles, 9 TFL, 2 Sacks, 2 int (1st team ACC)
Bush:2 int, 2 sacks, 3 FF (Second Team ACC)
Howard: 4 Int (Second Team ACC)

Not that I know anything. These numbers would mean a pretty good jump on defense (which I'm expecting). Our offense is capable of these numbers...

Morris: 3900 yds, 34 TDs, 12 Int
Johnson: 1350 yds, 12 TDs; 22 rec. 280 yds, 2 TDs, 2 TDs on KO

Waters: 48 rec, 650 yds, 6 TDs
Coley: 38 rec, 550 yds, 5 TDs, 1 TD on punt return

McCord: 8 sacks
Howard: 6 ints
Bush: 2 ejections on bull**** targeting penalties

Everyone was pretty much right about Duke had he not broken his ankle. Everyone was wrong about Morris and Hurns. And it looks like Coley outdid everybody's predictions LOL.

I think our fanbase overrates Waters a bit... He's a a solid player but is only a possession receiver... Maybe he's an Andre King type of player but I never understood the lofty expectations... Duke is a beast... He may have had 1600 yards if he played the entire season... He made a lot of our games look easier than they were...
