We now have a defensive line with experience, talent, and depth to win the ACC. Last season Golden spoke about having "grown men" on the d line and with all of these late additions we now have that. The only issue now is to get all of those guys on the same page. I am excited about this season now more than ever. If we can stay healthy up front we can be very dangerous.

SDE
JR Anthony Chickillo 6-4 275
JR Ufomba Kamalu 6-6 285
JR David Perry 6-7 277
RSO Julio Derosier 6-6 270 (If he clears)
SO Jelani Hamilton 6-5 285

WDE
RSR David Gilbert 6-4 247
RSR Shayon Green 6-3 264
RSR Dyron Dye 6-5 255 (if he can return from injury and not be ruled ineligible)
SR Kelvin Cain 6-3 250
JR Anthony Naser 6-4 250
RFR Dwayne Hoilett 6-3 245
FR Al-Quadin Muhammad 6-3 230

SDT
RSR Curtis Porter 6-1 325
RSR Justin Renfrow 6-6 310
JR Jalen Grimble 6-2 290
SO Earl Moore 6-1 300

WDT
RSR Luther Robinson 6-3 303
JR Olsen Pierre 6-4 305
RSO Corey King 6-1 292

Kind of refreshing that a 5th year defensive end from one of the top Big Ten schools comes here and he's one of our smallest defensive ends.
Says a lot about our program and it's direction.

Jelani seems to be behind Luther Robinson and potentially being groomed to step in for him next year.

All I can say is night and day interns of their physical progress. The 3 new additions will add depth and bodies to the weakest area of the team. Got give props to Golden and his staff for their relentless pursue to make this team better.

Ive been calling Jelani Hamilton a D tackle since he committed. Seeing him in drill work in the daily videos confirms my belief. Its interesting to see you not this.

He is AMAZIN' --- Amazin' Al! Gotta end up as Coach of The Year!
