Typically last week in Jan, or first couple weeks in February.

Its usually right before or after NSD. it was late last year because FSU had to reschedule a game because WVU dropped them.

Supposedly, the ACC has to wait on ESPN when it comes to the scheduling of certain games (some Thursday night games, to be exact I believe).
