2 QB prospects

there are 2 QB prospects that I would really like to see UM make a run at, both of whom could be there for the taking.

the first is Jack Tuttle from Mission Hills, CA. He's committed to Utah, but has offers from a bunch of good places including Alabama and Wisconsin.

the other is Brevin White, also from California. Everyone thinks he's going to either Washington or Washington State, but I'm not so sure.

both of these kids are really heady and have great upside.

a teammate of mine from college who is now a coach in california, saw both of them live and said they are the real deal.

would be nice to see UM make a run

If we were to go after another qb then Dorian Thompson Robinson from Bishop Gorman is the guy I would want. He can run and has a powerful arm
 
Looks like Sits' performance this year has made me a skeptic. He was iffy before but I was reserving judgement until he was surrounded with better talent. jHowever, I doubt we recruit another qb...unfortunately

If he was benched last night, and no longer starts . . . would think that would change things . . .

That might be our only saving grace.

Definitely with you on that one. I know they're teammates, but didn't he & Brevin Jordan want to play college ball together at one point? Ucla could end up going through a coaching change too. Who knows how that would impact his commitment. Still seems like Sits is Richts guy.. Pretty much no matter what. And I'm good with whoever he wants at QB. But Thompson-Robinson would be a perfect fit with the rest of the offensive talent in this class.
 
not gonna change things unless he really is benched for the season. you and spike are the most clueless. zero football acumen between either of you.
 
I think we have to go kick the tires and see what is out there with Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Justin Rogers, and Justin Fields.
Best chance might be Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Justin Fields would be a dream but I don’t see that happening.
I think Casey Thompson is still a last minute option. Just to have some depth.
Need to get some of these guys on campus and see what happens.
But I think Richt is fine with Sitz coming in and having Perry in front of him with the stud RBs coming in.

I still think it’s idotic we aren’t in on the Justin Fields sweepstakes... how can you not even try to recruit someone that good???
 
Just don't see the benefit in wasting a spot on a kid whose only upside is his size and arm.

Go find someone that might actually play a down here or push the guy in front of him cause this kid ain't putting any fear of losing their position in any real QB's mind.Richt may or may not be some QB guru as some Have said but one thing I know he's not is David Copperfield and the only way this kid ever plays QB at a P5 school is with the help of a magician.

Go get DTR or Casey Thompson while there may still be a chance.....please!
 
Word on the street was that Casey Thompson wasn't too happy with Texas flipping Cameron Rising. I think he's good option.

Also, DTR. Still not sure if Mora Jr. survives the season at UCLA.

He plays five miles from my house. I seen him play twice this year. The kid has great size and some serious skills.
