It's clear that since D'Onfrio hasn't been fired yet that Al had no intentions of doing so after the Pitt game. If the bowl game was the final test for Mark he would of been let go by now. Al said "every aspect will be evaluated from top to bottom" after the game and if he does fire his boy it won't be for a couple of days. The Browns game just ended and Rob C per twitter is getting fired. Point being Al never had intentions pre bowl to fire him.

My question to the board is at what point do disgruntled alum and boosters get involved and put the heat on Al to pull the trigger on Mark?

If he isnt gone the day after signing day Goldens is dead to me

As someone posted in another thread. What would be the point of keeping until after signing day?

So the recruits coming in that liked him don't leave

Dorito isnt some hotshot recruiter, most of the commits wouldnt even blink.

Only recruit I think Dorito was big on was Lammons, who isnt even a commit and the jersey kid hester.

Dorito isnt some hotshot, big name recruiter. He gets fired and Golden calls all these kids and says Im going to find the best guy available and I bet you no one will have issues with him leaving. Its a business, he didnt produce. Bye.

Dam you guys are hard headed

Al aint firing no one. Especially D'onofrio. And no it's not because they're best buds either.
It's because Al has no leg to stand on to fire anyone because he himself has been given a longer leash due to the circumstances he and his staff have had to coach under during the last 3 years. He has afforded his staff the same consideration.
Since his job is not on the line, neither should any of his coordinators. Especially the ones that have been here since day 1.

Besides, history shows at Temple a marked improvement on year 4.
Considering the young players they played yesterday to get more experience plus a stellar Defensive recruiting class committed with juco players that seem ready to contribute immediately next year will tell the true tale.

Kehoe will be the only coach let go, and that is not enough.

If you do not want to fire your friend then promote him and make him the associate head coach, then bring in a new d coordinator.

You got to imagine the "higher ups" aren't happy. We do have those guys at Miami, right??

The higher ups WANT this. A 9 win clean program with good Samaritans who don't value winning, do all their homework, and act like choir boys.

I pray to GOD PSU offers. **** I'll donate to the cause. I gave Randy till year 3 to show me something and he failed and I turned on him. I'd be a hypocrite not to do the same with AG
