was looking forward to listening to this podcast and to be honest, CIS needs to consider hiring someone with training and experience in interviewing people. there was so much information that i was looking for that was never solicited by the interviewer.
when someone uses "talk about x" rather than properly phrase a question in an interview you know he's over his head. susan miller did that all of that time.
i wanted to know his thoughts on:
1. why he chose oregon state and who recruited him out of HS.
2. the process of his recruitment at miami.
3. mario cristobal.
4. cam ward.
5. his thoughts on the Coach Merritt.
6. his ethnic origin.
and many other topics. after the third "talk about" is shut it down. CIS had a great thing going and DMoney's new personal investment in the site and brand are paying off. it's time to consider bringing in someone trained in the area. i hope no one is offended at these truths.
