Visitor list for first weekend practice of spring

Miami will host a plethora of unofficial visitors for their first weekend practice of the spring. Minus players who are committed elsewhere, here’s the list of those who will be in attendance:

Despite the ’Canes having a clear focus on the offensive line, they also look to solidify the trenches on the defensive side. Two prospects from the west coast of Florida will make the trip to Miami this weekend. 4-star DE Asharri Charles from Venice will be at Miami’s sixth official practice of the spring alongside Fort Myers’ 4-star 2026 DT Kendall Guervil.

The Hurricanes will also have plenty of local talent in attendance. Miami Northwestern’s 2028 QB Neimann Lawrence and 2026 4-star DT James Johnson will be at practice, alongside St. Thomas Aquinas’ 2026 pair of OT Gerren Bray and DE Daniel Norman who has interest from USF and FAU. Miami Southridge’s Jaiden Henry will also visit, a 2026 linebacker.

The ’Canes will receive a pair of 2026 backfield visitors in the form of 4-star Javian Mallory (FL) and 3-star Jamal Rule (NC). Mallory won the running-back MVP at the Under Armour Next Camp earlier this month in Miami, expect him to be a name that rises on many boards as the cycle goes on.

A pair from Alabama will tavel down to Miami this weekend with 4-star LB Jaquez Wilkes and 4-star QB Trent Seaborn. Both from the 2026 class holding offers from top programs in the SEC.

When it comes to 2027 recruits, West Boca product Jamar Thompson will make the trip down to Miami saturday. Like Mallory, the DT impressed many at the UA Next Camp. 2027 TE Grant Halivand (GA) will also attend Saturday’s practice, the Georgia product attended the same highschool as early-enrollee Luke Nickel.

Other visitors include 2026 3-stars LB Adam Balogoun-Ali (FL) and CB Dariyon Gordon (FL), and 2029 DE Randy Troy (FL).

I would like to get a Venice connections

Jaquez Wilkes is bigtime

A bit like Wiley imo

Him and Seaborn are legit Alabama players (seaborn is 2027)

The name West Boca keeps coming up. Three total on the list above (although Bray xfered to STA this offseason). They became a power and talent stockpile seemingly out of nowhere.

Have we seen confirmation that these guys made the visit?
Jaquez Wilkes
Karon Maycock
Daniel Norman
Jamal Rule
