South Florida always produces receivers. What makes this class is exceptional is the overall size and length. Even the small guys aren’t small. There are multiple high-level, P5 prospects in this group and some interesting sleepers.

Jacorey Brooks, Booker T (6’3, 180)- Brand-name prospect who has been making plays against top competition for years. Rare ability to adjust to the ball before the defender can react. Timed only 4.83 as a sophomore but projects much faster with a 22.21 in the 200M. Well-rounded athlete who plays basketball, WR, S and PR. Quick feet for a bigger receiver and can make defenders miss. Physically similar to CeeDee Lamb of Oklahoma. Put up 1,167 yards and 16 TDs as a junior. Offers from everyone.

Jaden Alexis, Monarch (6’1, 175)- Emerging athlete who is relatively new to organized football. Son of Washington Huskies and NFL RB Rich Alexis. First-Team All Broward with 920 receiving yards and 9 TDs. Elite speed with an early PR of 10.75 in the 100M. Hawked down Jaylan Knighton while playing CB. Strong build and breaks a lot of tackles. Does much of his damage after the catch, where he runs like a RB with lateral quickness and balance. Lines up all over the field, including in the backfield. Excellent student. More upside than any WR in this class. Miami and Georgia are battling.

Romello Brinson, Northwestern (6’2, 180)- Long receiver with excellent acceleration and turnover at his size. Similar to Dee Wiggins, but more polished and a better overall prospect. Has the ability to go up and over defenders. Skinny legs but a broad upper-body that will put on weight. Surprisingly tough after the catch. Dominated top DBs from Louisiana and California as a member of the Miami Immortals 7-on-7 team. Texas A&M and Miami are highly involved.

Troy Stellato, Cardinal Gibbons (6’, 180)- Strong-bodied WR with legit 4.4 speed. Does most of his damage on crossers where he can use his speed to turn the corner. More Andy Isabella than Wes Welker. Faster in the 40 (4.42) than the shuttle (4.47). Needs to improve his lateral quickness and ability to beat press coverage. Ohio State and Clemson have offered.

Jacolby George
, Plantation (5’11, 160)- Breakout junior year with 1,030 yards and 12 TDs. Formed a deadly downfield combination with underrated UT-Martin signee QB Gerard Nesbitt (22.4 yards per catch). Smooth and explosive with the ability to change speeds as a route runner. Hands-catcher with big mitts. Dazzled at camp with one-handed catches and earned invite to UA All-American game. Excels deep where he can track the ball. Consistently gets behind secondaries. Utilized on jet sweeps and screens and can make people miss in space.

Yulkeith Brown, Central (5’10, 174)- Versatile playmaker who has P5 potential at WR, RB or CB. Ran for 1,430 yards as a sophomore at Gulliver before transferring to Central and playing more of a WR/CB role. Plays with flair and has a knack for the acrobatic catch. 11.04 100M as a sophomore. Good balance at RB and can flip his hips at CB. Long-arms to catch outside the frame.

Fred Eaford, Deerfield Beach (5’11, 165)- Hialeah transfer coming off a productive year with QB Jaylon Tolbert. Excels at tracking the ball and has upside as a sharp route runner. Similar profile to Miami signee Daz Worsham. Not a burner (4.72 as a sophomore) but plays faster. Offers from South Carolina and Louisville.

Quincy Skinner, St. Thomas Aquinas (6’1, 185)- Tooled-up prospect who waited his turn and is poised for a big year. College-ready body. 11.10 PR in the 100M. Needs to become more consistent as a pass-catcher but showed the suddenness and the strength to create separation on the camp circuit. Offers from Kentucky and Maryland.

TJ Huggins, Killian (6’2, 175)- Physical possession receiver who can high-point and pluck the ball. Tough player who competes after the catch and plays special teams. Performed against quality competition including Northwestern. Showed the quickness to beat press coverage in off-season. Offers from Syracuse and Boston College.

Oronde Gadsden II, American Heritage (6’4, 190)- Son of Miami Dolphins standout and plays a similar game. High-cut body with room to grow. Adjusts to the ball and high points like his father. Physical attitude and devastating on crack backs. Has deceptive speed and outran the Northwestern defense for a long TD. Savvy with feel for zone. Offers from BC, Kentucky and Iowa State.

Brandon Schabert, AMH Delray (6’1, 185)- Deep sleeper with impressive physical tools. Transfer from small-school Loxahatchee Seminole Ridge who should excel with ’23 star QB Dylan Rizk. Outstanding testing as a sophomore (4.57 forty, 4.35 shuttle, 36.7 VJ) and coaches claim he is now down to 4.4 in the forty with 39 inch VJ. Strong body with ability to elevate and high-point. Also plays Wildcat and KR. Functional quickness will be tested at higher level of football. Butch Davis has offered.

Malik Rutherford, Champagnat (5’9, 165)- Small, feisty competitor with exceptional quickness. Used all over the field and at QB. Has the ability to make people miss in tight spaces. True receiver with feel for passing game. Some similarities to the Browns (Antonio, John and Marquise) early in their development. His quickness can translate into route-running with work and reps. Long speed is a question (11.63 PR as a junior). QB friendly. 1,057 all-purpose yards and 10 TDs. Underrated. Georgia Tech commit.

Definitely an impressive list. A couple from that top 5 group would be a great haul, whichever combo of the 2/5. Likens seems very determined to get an OOS prospect based on his offers.

Once Lashlee and King put up up-tempo spread type numbers, WRs will be standing in line to come to the U. This is one position group I think we can go toe-to-toe with recent BCS winners in recruiting now, despite our recent on-the-field history.

My brother plays 7v7 with Schabert. He is white & has a soft face but lil bro is LEGIT. He would have been higher rated if he was at a different school
Bruh.... soft face?! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Butch has reportedly offered. Anyways, he's gonna have better offers come his way, as his signing day gets closer.

Jamarion McDougle ... Nephew of Cane first rounder Jerome McDougle ... does that mean his dad is Stockar?
