I saw where a couple people said that no changes would be made til after ESD.Could this be the reason it’s the defensive kids we are talking about that are flirting with others.
Could it be they don’t trust Mario will make a change ? Are there any defensive recruits we think might bolt if Guidry is let go?
If not Mario needs to fire Guidry now and at least let these kids know they won’t be playing in this crap defense.

Im responding to your statements. You’re talking about what Mario started with as compared to Lanning back in 2021 to justify one (Lanning) being more successful than the other (Mario) right now when Lanning moved to turn much of Mario’s roster over anyway. He wasn’t impressed with the evals and players left for him.
I keep seeing this come up. How can we possibly have a money problem? If we literally used most of the funds last offseason, it makes this season even more of a failure. Are donars backing out? If this is all true, we’re so beyond screwed
I’m sure there’s blame to go around. We continue to do less with more.

I’m not contending they are better. I take umbrage with contention they are jags. They were here. Because our coaches are pretty worthless.
So we need to pay more for good players, but the people who are paying players aren’t seeing returns on investment, well there’s two choices here, stop paying for good players, or fire the guy not coaching the players up a very simple decision, but if you stop paying for top players the BOT have to know not to expect a good team your not getting cheap success so I hope they know what there doing.
I’ve always said it’s more of a player development and culture problem. When you think about it, ifs been a serious issue. The players we’ve recruited are being offered and pushed by every relavent program.

I know of someone who’s been involved who has seen enough and is dipping out. I see @JayCane20’s posts on money too. I do not know what the people who matter most in our NIL are doing. I am connected to money people elsewhere at UM and haven’t had conversations in a while.
I see players getting CB’d to flip elsewhere like to Ugator and I know it’s money. And @Hurracanes confirmed that. I’m just hopeful that we are saving money for the portal where we need impact players. Jay says others will make that a challenge too. I think we can wait a few more days to have a better idea of how things go

I think the coach is here til the end or close to it. We’ll see how things turn out. I’m concerned by a fong CB for Stubbs flipping to UiF. That’s not supposed to happen at the end of the 2024 season.

Even portal players man. Watching tyler baron turn it on for 2 quarters ****ed me off after being benched.

The staffs logic for the db room seems completely wrong. Long term, this issue needs to get addressed through high school recruiting. Getting outbid by the gaytors for Stubbs is completely unacceptable, especially since we just killed tjem. Stubbs is legit and is our biggest position of need. Saving money for the portal is never a recipe for success

The school is paying a **** ton for Mario to coach. Everyone that has been a part of this knows for him to be successful he needs big time recruits to have a shot. We win ten games and now the donors back out of helping on the recruiting front? Seems unusual.
