Zalon'tae Hillery #75
One of the official visitors that Miami hosted on campus this weekend was offensive line commitment Zalon’tae Hillery. You can say he enjoyed the experience.
“It was the best weekend of my life, to be honest,” Hillery said. “I got to hang out with the players, hang out at the coaches’ house, and really spend some personal time with the individuals there.”
Hillery first visited Coral Gables back in July for Paradise Camp, when he committed to Miami. He called that trip “strictly business”, but that his official was “more about fun and being able to explore the city”.
Highlights of the trip for the Canes offensive line commit out of Georgia?
“We went to very fancy restaurants on the beach with fireworks and all that. We also stayed at this luxurious hotel where I saw like two marriages outside of my window,” Hillery said.
“I love the stadium – it was pretty awesome. I liked the game too.”
Hillery’s mother accompanied him for the visit. According to him, she wants him to continue to take visits elsewhere. Hillery though, says he is solid with the Hurricanes.
