N’Kosi Perry starts with the ones to begin Monday's practice

Although Mark Richt did not commit to a QB in the post-game interviews following UM's win over FIU, it sure looked like he was beginning to tip his hand on Monday morning.

After coming into the game in relief and leading Miami to their third win of the season against FIU on Saturday, redshirt freshman QB N'Kosi Perry began Monday's workouts on Greentree with the first team offense, the first time that's ever happened.

Malik Rosier worked in with the second string, followed by Cade Weldon with the threes, and Jarren Williams with the fours.

Miami has a short week this week and continues their season at home on Thursday night (8 pm) against the UNC Tar Heels.

I am very happy to hear this... Kid was gonna put up like 50 in a half on FIU at the rate he was running those scoring drives. I am sure when they reviewed the tapes they said "****, so you don't have to battle with mid level teams for three quarters while your qb figures out his accuracy?" "Maybe we should stay with him!"
That may be a reach, but hey who knows. LOL

Anything on Jaquan or Ahmmon or are we just focused on getting them ready for FSU?

Just saw someone said Ahmmon still on the bikes... very odd injury.
