Bleacher Report

"Any recent Miami team loses this matchup. Yet after seeing comeback wins against Virginia Tech and Cal, should we—gulp—start believing in the 'Canes? I am decidedly uncomfortable about picking Miami, mostly because UL coach Jeff Brohm will likely scheme up explosive gains on misdirection plays. Miami, nevertheless, finds a way."

Miami 37, Louisville 34

Chris Hummer, 247Sports

"This is the best team the Hurricanes have played this season. Louisville has arguably the best d-line in the ACC and an offense capable of scoring against anyone. I think the value here is with Louisville. The Hurricanes have been pushed to the brink two straight weeks and the Cardinals do have the type of pass rush that can at least disrupt Cam Ward and a humming Miami offense. I'm not picking a straight up upset, but I do like a cover here"

Miami 34, Louisville 31.

Brad Crawford, 247Sports

"Anyone who follows our weekly College Football Playoff projections may have noticed I slid Miami to the No. 2 spot in the ACC behind Clemson in recent days. I'm just not convinced this Hurricanes team is upset-proof. That might be proven this weekend if they trail in the fourth quarter for a third consecutive contest. This is one Louisville believes it can win and I do like Jeff Brohm in big games. I'll take the points with the home team"

Miami 38, Louisville 35.

Sporting News

Miami had a bye week after consecutive close calls against Virginia Tech and Cal, and this is yet another road test for Cam Ward – who has a 170.8 passer rating with eight TDs and three interceptions on the road. The Cardinals broke a two-game losing streak and are a tough out at home, and the Cardinals are 9-2 S/U at home under Jeff Brohm. Will the Hurricanes live dangerously again?

Miami wins 31-21 and COVERS the spread.

Dalton Wasserman, PFF

"Miami hasn’t started well in their last couple of games, but this is a bad matchup for a Louisville team that is struggling to stop vertical passes."

Miami 38, Louisville 27

Max Chadwick, PFF

It won’t always be pretty, but Miami is able to pull off the road victory and continue its undefeated campaign.

Miami 30, Louisville 24

Eddie Timanus looks like a goofball.... Like a former roadie for an 80s hair band...

Not sure I would take his advice on football... Or much else for that matter....

Withstand the initial onslaught, tackle well and be disciplined with misdirection.
