honestly I think it's fair with our resume so far and how many tight games we've played

my only real gripe in past weeks was Texas and Penn State above us and that's sorted itself out

Georgia has beaten Texas and lost closely to bama, Ohio state has a 1 point loss to Oregon.

yeah. I mean I'm not a Ohio state or Georgia fan so I'm not going to argue with you

but I think if we played Oregon and lost by 1 or we played bama and Texas and dominated one of them and lost another close then I don't think our ranking should be particularly lower than someone who's best win is a recently ranked Louisville at #25

it'll play itself out In a few week and we'll be top 2-3

Wow
I think they are property ranked

I know ESPN FPI can be dumb

but Indiana has played NOBODY. not a single team in the ESPN FPI top 40

I’m not arguing the rank, undefeated “Power 4” merely whoda funk. Good for them.

That said, Go Canes!

Why can’t it play itself out the other way though? Just win and it works itself out is true, but the mental gymnastics we have to go through when we start talking about a “good” loss is crazy. It’s a loss.
