I should be ****ed off. Georgia should drop much lower. Georgia struggled against Kentucky. Us in Alabama have a common opponent that Alabama struggled with. Really we should be top five.

However these players have nothing but sunshine blown up their asses all the time. I'm glad we dropped. With the new playoff format it doesn't really matter.

Don't really agree w/ Oregon or psu but whatever. We control our destiny.
Agreed. And really, dropping for a bad performance might be just what the doctor ordered. If we take care of business and go 13-0, we'll be #3 going into the playoffs at the very lowest and depending on what happens with other teams, we might end up #1. As you said, we control our destiny.

Same I don’t agree with that either but clearly think they jumped us cause we had a scary game against VT
But look at who we've beat...Florida is our best win, and they are 2-2. VT is 2-3 and lost to Vanderbilt, Sout Florida is 2-3 and just got throttled by Tulane yesterday so the strong game against Alabama is forgotten. Like it or not, Penn State beat a ranked Illinois team, and we've not beat a ranked team. Oregon has struggled but beat a ranked Boise St team and is starting to get things in gear.

Recency factor is a real thing, but doesn't matter as long as we continue to win

I don’t want to be #7 till we earned being #7.

It’s a log jam of SEC teams in that top 5.. just keep winning and we will be fine.
SEC is too good for itself, in my opinion. There will be a good team or two left out of the playoffs and I know we always complain about them being ranked too highly but they are truly top-heavy.
