Will Mario and crew suffer from not playing some of the younger guys if they jump into the portal when it opens?? Scott and Patterson come to mind. They probably both feel they should be getting more snaps, especially Zaquan. If some of the young guys jump in the portal will Mario finally learn to not play the seniority game more often than not? There’s the outliers like Francis and Bain, but other programs are giving their young guys a leash to play and learn where we stubbornly keep MOST of our youngins on the sideline. Where we keep Harris on the field for who knows why.

Well this is new. Mario has never been accused of not playing youngsters. And that is because it’s not true. He doesn’t play favorites or seniority. The best players get on the field. He might have flaws but this is not one of them.

I like it. I prefer the play count into the 90s but 50 points is 50 points.

On3 mid season all true freshman team has Lofton and OJ on it. I would say we play the youngins

Crazy how little they have played Patterson.

Might come back to bite them now that he must play. I think he steps up but he should be been getting more snaps this season already.

Really need Alston back to help the DE rotation. That hammy must be wrecked.

Hopefully brown can make it back by Syracuse.

Outside that, rotations look good.

Scott just isn’t ready but I wish his was cause Cook and Clark provide nothing when they are in. Just eating snaps up basically.

Is Horton alive?

Ajay Allen should get on the field with Fletcher or Martinez from time to time. Would be a nice wrinkle

Kiko snaps need to go down especially on 3rd down or 2nd and long.

Need more ZP less Harris. Less Hill also
"Ajay Allen should get on the field with Fletcher or Martinez from time to time. Would be a nice wrinkle"

I agree.

Also when they lined up Martinez and Fletcher together in the back field was cool.

That caught my eye too. Two RBs at 225+ at the same time? Oh yeah.

Barron and Bain need to get the snap counts down. Slide 3 out to edge to spell Bain and Barron. They gotta be gassed by the 4th. Just throw guys in just keep rotating so they can be somewhat fresh for big 3rd downs to rush the passer

Jaden Harris still getting 67 snaps is BLASPHEMY!! Dude is bootyjuice!! Pause! Put Zaquan at Strong and 15 at free and we straight at safety!

What up with Popo? Is he hurt and I missed it?

At what point does Brown catch a medical redshirt?
Tap your.Toes twice! It may be this weekend if he doesn't play.... unless Bowl Season counts.
He should speak with Cam Mccormick just to make sure he's getting proper legal counseling.

It's a great question. You would think with the playoffs they need to extend the cutoff from 4 to 5 or 6. But I don't think the rules have been changed yet. Just checked ChatGPT and it still quotes the 4-game rule from 2018 as current regulation.
