Former Cane OL Javion Cohen makes Cleveland Browns' 53-man roster

Former Miami Hurricane offensive lineman Javion Cohen has just been named to the Cleveland Browns' 53-man roster.

The Browns prioritized Cohen as a free agent after the draft. While most believed Cohen was a draftable player on tape, his situation at Alabama and inconsistencies during the pre-draft process hurt his stock. He's played both the left and right guard positions. At Miami, Cohen only allowed one sack.

If you want to check out more on him and his stats click the tweet down below:

Awesome! Also appears that James Williams and Matt Lee made the Titans/Bengals 53 man rosters. Also, Leonard Taylor made the NYG roster….just a few notable guys that went either undrafted or very low in the draft that have performed well enough to make the rosters.

Read the ESPN article listing every teams cuts to get down to 53.

Other guys that unfortunately didn’t make rosters were:

Couch
KJ Cloyd
(Couple others but I can’t remember)

Was shocked when Cohen didn’t get drafted. Thought that would hurt Mirabel/Marios OL rep but him and Lee both making 53 man rosters as UDFAs shows M&M are the goods!

There was a goober on this board the other day that told me he has “never forgiven Mallory for his drop at MSU”

And that’s a pretty pathetic existence to me
As I said last week people will blame Jeff Thomas for that muffed punt for years when it was really the OL, Baxa, and the **** tackling that lost us the 2019 opener.

People know I wasn’t a fan of James Williams and Taylor here but they moved on and are in the NFL now. Move on and focus on the present.

Thanks.

If so then I will never forgive Rosier for ****ting the bed against Pittsburgh

There was potential to be seen after that game. He did miss a lot of open guys but I’m sure he was ****ting his pants with that OL in front of him.
Yep... All I remember with him is he was afraid to throw on time... Just sat there holding the ball way too long.... Not just that game but multiple games.... If you're afraid to let it fly you'll never make it.... And as we've seen... He never made it...
