Augustus Edwards has officially signed with the University of Miami!
The Miami Hurricanes have landed their first of the day in Staten Island, New York FB/RB Augustus Edwards. Edwards is 6’1”, 225 and is a good pickup for Miami, who desperately needed to add a complimentary back for Duke Johnson. The powerful back to an official visit to Miami this past weekend
Edwards has good speed for his size and can also be utilized as a fullback. He figures to get some touches as early as next season in new offensive coordinator James Coley’s system.
