Dante Allen, a shooting guard in the class of 2025, will officially visit Miami in Coral Gables on April 12, he tells CIS.

The Hurricanes coaching staff has been on him since the day he decommitted from the University of Villanova.

Allen has already made unofficial visits earlier this year to Villanova and Georgia. A 6-foot-4, 220-pound combo guard from Montverde Academy, he is currently ranked as the No. 42 player in the Class of 2025. Additionally, he holds the position of the No. 6 combo guard nationally and is recognized as the No. 10 player in the state of Florida.

Allen plays for the Nightrydas Elite in the AAU circuit, and it looks like his head coach, Andrew Moran, might be joining the Canes' coaching staff. He mentioned to CIS that this might have impact on his recruiting process.

He’s averaging 11.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game at Montverde Academy, shooting 48 percent from the field and 37 percent from three-point range this season.
