2026 offensive lineman Ben Congdon met Miami's offensive line coach, Alex Mirabal, at UM's Junior Day last weekend. According to Congdon, the meeting did not disappoint.

"It was great. We have an amazing relationship. And I will be back come spring and then for an OV (official visit) this summer".

The 6-foot-8, 285-pound offensive lineman from Tuscarawas Valley (Zoar, OH) received an offer from Miami last month. He is ranked as the No. 55 offensive lineman and the No. 37 prospect from Ohio.

Congdon also lists offers from Penn State, Arkansas, Ole Miss, NC State, and several others.

After checking out Miami, Congdon swung by to see the Florida Gators before taking off to visit the Florida State Seminoles. Congdon also competes in wrestling.

"My strengths are my length and my feet, along with what Midwest OLs are known for, just playing ****ed-off football. I won’t be waiting until summer to work on anything, but I’m just working to fine-tune all my abilities to have a great senior year!"
